Our story begins in Kyoto, Japan — where a single cup of matcha in 2012 sparked a shared passion among friends to create Supercha Tea. To us, and to many around the world, matcha is more than just a drink. It’s a daily ritual, a symbol of mindfulness, and a reminder that even small moments — like a quiet cup of tea — can have a lasting impact. We started Supercha Tea with the concept of providing matcha from the most renowned Uji matcha producers at the lowest price while helping those in need in the Southern California area. That’s why 10% of the gross of every purchase is donated to local charities working to end homelessness in Los Angeles. We believe great tea can do great things and bring people together. But we're not stopping there. We’re working on a new generation of products you won’t find anywhere else.
