3. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If an item is lost in the mail and tracking confirms it was never delivered, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

All orders qualify for free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage®, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5 business days after shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
